FOLD and eFOLD are offered in one frame size. Together with the height-adjustable saddle and handlebar, it is suitable for riders approximately 1.50 to 2.00 m tall.

The child seat is designed for up to two children and is suitable from approximately one year of age. The child must be able to sit upright independently and securely. Age, height, weight and individual development must all be considered.

The child seat is approved for a maximum of two children and a total load of 42 kg. Each seating position is limited to 21 kg per child. The clear height from the seat surface to the underside of the handlebar is 65 cm.

The child seat is not suitable for babies or younger children who cannot yet sit upright independently. A baby-carrier adapter for installation in the Basket Pro is currently under development. Do not use a baby carrier with an unapproved attachment until the adapter has been officially released.

Yes. Transport on a suitable tow-bar-mounted rear carrier is possible if the carrier is approved for the dimensions, weight and attachment requirements of the relevant model. Always follow the specifications of the carrier and vehicle manufacturers.

FOLD weighs 28.85 kg, while eFOLD NEXUS 5 Di2 with the Shimano drive weighs 33.60 kg. For Bosch configurations, the exact transport weight depends on the motor, drivetrain, battery and equipment. Always use the actual transport weight, including all accessories remaining on the bike, when calculating the load.

The carrier must provide sufficient total and per-bike load capacity. It also needs suitable rails for both 20-inch wheels, appropriate frame or wheel restraints and enough space for the folded transport position. Many conventional carriers are limited to 30 kg per bike and are therefore not suitable for every eFOLD.

For transport on a rear carrier, FOLD is folded and positioned after being rotated by 180 degrees. Both 20-inch wheels rest on the carrier rails. In this transport position, the approximate dimensions are 1,577 mm in length and 1,249 mm in height. The frame, wheels and folded unit must be secured against slipping, opening or other movement.

Check the carrier’s total and per-bike load limits, the permitted tow-bar nose weight, the actual transport weight including accessories, the secure restraint of the frame and wheels, and the folded FOLD against opening or moving. Remove or securely fasten all loose or detachable parts. The number plate and lights must remain visible. Recheck all restraints after the first few kilometres and regularly during the journey.
