Report a safety issue

Have you noticed a possible safety defect or an incident involving your FOLD? Briefly describe what happened. You can submit a report without a frame number or proof of purchase.

If you suspect a safety defect, stop using the affected bike or accessory for now. Do not recreate the fault to take photos or videos. In an emergency or if someone is injured, contact local emergency services first.

For a safety report: What happened, which part is affected and when did you notice the problem? Please do not send medical records or unnecessary information about other people.

You can optionally send photos later by email to info@avnson.com. Include the report reference from your confirmation email. Please show only the affected product or part, with no people or medical records.
